2. Production Process

  • Purlin Flipping → Magnetic Gripper → Robotic Stacking Arm
  • The line flips each G-shape purlin 180° for alternating orientation, uses magnetic gripping for secure pickup, and stacks precisely via robotic arm—ensuring compact and stable piling, perfect for downstream packaging or shipment.
