3. Production Process

  • Decoiler-Guidance-Leveling-Waste Material Collection-Roll Former-Hydraulic Punching-Hydraulic Bending-Hydraulic Cutter

  • This production line starts with decoiling the galvanized steel and guiding it into the leveling machine to remove any coil deformation. The waste material collection system ensures no additional cost for strip cutting. After leveling, the steel enters the roll former with 20 stations to form the corrugated panel. A tracking hydraulic punching unit then places holes according to the panel's design. The panel is bent in place before being cut to length using the hydraulic cutter. The entire process is continuous for high efficiency.
