  • Hydraulic decoiler – Leveler – Servo feeder – Hydraulic punch – Pre-cut – Transport table – Guiding – Roll former – Out table

  • The production line starts with a hydraulic decoiler feeding the hot-rolled steel into an independent leveling unit for flatness correction. A servo feeder ensures precise positioning before hydraulic punching creates elongated mounting holes.
