1. Production Line Overview

  • This deck roll forming line is designed for contractors, steel service centers, and floor deck suppliers. Its key advantages include space-saving multilayer design, adjustable embossing for better adhesion, and compatibility with standard galvanized steel sheets.

 

2. Profile Description

  • The profile is made from galvanized steel with 0.8–1.2mm thickness. It features ribs and customized embossing dots to improve bonding with concrete. Ideal for structural floor decking in commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.

 

3. Production Process

  • 3T Hydraulic Decoiler → Guiding Device → Embossing Roller → Roll Former → Hydraulic Cutter → Out Table

  •  

    Steel coil is uncoiled, guided, embossed, then fed into a 3-layer roll forming machine. Each layer produces a unique floor deck profile. Final cutting is hydraulic and precise. Production speed is 12m/min.
