3. Production Process

  • Decoiler - Standalone Embossing - Pre-cut - Guiding - Roll Former - Flying Hydraulic Cutting - Out Table
  • Steel coils are manually loaded onto a 5T decoiler and fed into a standalone embossing machine for surface texturing. The pre-cut system trims material before entering the roll former, where profiles are shaped. Flying hydraulic cutting ensures uninterrupted production, delivering precise, continuous metal deck panels onto the out table.
