The process begins with decoiling and guiding the galvanized steel strip, followed by precision leveling. The gearbox-driven forming machine ensures high rigidity and shape accuracy. With double-side shifting, it supports fast C/Z profile adjustments. The flying shear system provides flexible, continuous cutting without stopping the line.
