1. Production Line Overview

This embossing line is designed for manufacturers of tread plates used in construction, transport, and industrial flooring. It serves customers needing medium-thickness, anti-slip steel sheets with consistent patterns. The system features motor-driven precision rollers and supports fast mold changeover, ensuring flexibility, reliability, and surface quality in every embossed panel.

2. Profile Description

Embossed steel tread plate, 1.5–2.0mm thick, made from cold-rolled, hot-rolled, or galvanized steel. Features non-intersecting cross-like raised patterns for slip resistance. Surface depth ranges 0.15–0.3mm. Used in industrial floors, platforms, and stair panels. Durable, anti-slip, and decorative. Typically with high surface hardness and chrome-treated mold rollers.

3. Production Process

Steel coil pre-cutting – Sheet feeding – Embossing – Discharge
Pre-cut steel sheets are fed into the embossing unit via guided rollers. The sheet passes between hardened, chrome-coated mold rollers that imprint the anti-slip pattern. Driven by a motor and gearbox, the system ensures even depth and alignment. Embossed sheets are discharged and ready for downstream use or stacking.
