3. Production Process

  • 3T Decoiler-Guide-Flowering Roller-Roll Former-Corrector-Flying Hydraulic Punching-Flying Hydraulic Cutting
  • The production starts with a 3T Decoiler for unwinding the steel coil, followed by the Guide and Flowering Roller to add surface texture. The Roll Former then shapes the material, and a Corrector ensures straightness. The Tracking Hydraulic Punching creates holes for cables, and the final product is cut by the Tracking Hydraulic Cutter.
