1. Production Line Overview

This production line is designed for manufacturers in the construction and building materials industry, specifically producing drywall studs. 2. Profile Description

This stud profile is made from galvanized steel, typically 0.8-1.5mm thick. It features a C-channel shape with enhanced attachment properties due to surface embossing. It’s primarily used for drywall and ceiling framing in lightweight steel structures, offering high strength with minimal material weight.

3. Production Process

Decoiler → Embossing Roller → Roll Former → Correction → Hydraulic Punching → Hydraulic Cutter → Out Table
The process begins with the decoiler unwinding the steel coil. The embossing roller enhances surface adhesion. The steel passes through a roll former with 13 adjustable rolls to form the desired C-shaped stud. The profile is then corrected, punched for holes, and cut to size using hydraulic cutters. Finished studs are then collected on the out table.
