  • Decoiler → Embossing Roller → Roll Former → Correction → Hydraulic Punching → Hydraulic Cutter → Out Table
  • The process begins with the decoiler unwinding the steel coil. The embossing roller enhances surface adhesion. The steel passes through a roll former with 13 adjustable rolls to form the desired C-shaped stud. The profile is then corrected, punched for holes, and cut to size using hydraulic cutters. Finished studs are then collected on the out table.
