3. Production Process

  • 3T Decoiler & Leveler → Servo Feeder → Punching Press → Guiding → Roll Former → Hydraulic Cutter → Out Table
  • The production starts with leveling steel strips via a decoiler-leveler, followed by precise punching through a servo feeder and press. Material is then guided into a roll former with 16 stations and adjustable width to shape the tray. Finally, it is cut by a hydraulic cutter into the desired lengths.
