  • Formed from galvanized steel with 1.0–1.5mm thickness, this ladder-type cable tray features punched slots for mounting and ventilation. Widely used in electrical cable routing and industrial facility installations.

 

3. Production Process

  • Manual Decoiler → Leveling Machine → Servo Feeder → Hydraulic Punching Machine → Guide → Roll Former → Flying Hydraulic Cutter → Out Table

  • The process begins with decoiling and leveling, followed by servo feeding into a hydraulic punching unit for pre-punched holes. The double-row guiding system aligns the strip into a gear-box driven roll former with dual sets of forming tools. The tracking cutter then accurately shears the formed trays according to length.
