Out Table
The production line begins with a 5T hydraulic decoiler that unrolls the steel coil. The material then enters a guide system and the first section of the roll former with 9 rollers for standard panel formation. The second part features a 20-roller system with adjustable and reversible rollers for flexible production of varied trailer panels. The material is then cut using a tracking hydraulic cutter and directed to the out table for final handling.
