Hydraulic Decoiler → Leveling → Roll Forming Machine → Correction → Flying Cut → Transfer Platform → Seaming Machine → Electric Discharge Table
The production starts with a hydraulic decoiler feeding steel coils, followed by precise leveling. The roll forming machine creates C-shaped beams with automatic adjustments for different sizes. After correction and flying shear, the beams are aligned and joined through the seaming machine, ready for automated discharge.
