3. Production Process

Hydraulic Decoiler → Guiding → Leveling → Roll Forming → Stop Welding → Stop Saw Cutting
The line starts with precision leveling of 1.5–2.5mm galvanized steel, followed by 27-pass roll forming to shape the closed step beam. Auto-adjusting forming stations allow rapid profile changes. After forming, stop welding secures coil joints, and alloy saw cutting ensures burr-free, deformation-free ends suited for high-load applications.
