Hydraulic Decoiler → Leveler → Hydraulic Punching → Roll Forming Machine → Weld → Hydraulic cut
The production line starts with a manual decoiler followed by material leveling and hydraulic pre-punching of notches. The material then passes through the chain-driven forming machine, with 28 stations ensuring precision. Spot welding strengthens the beams, and hydraulic cutting ensures clean, accurate cuts.
