  • The box beam profile is made from 1.5-2.5mm thick steel coils, featuring multi-angle bends for strength. The profile includes functional holes for assembly. It’s ideal for heavy-duty shelving systems, providing structural integrity and support in warehouses and industrial storage solutions.

 

3. Production Process

  • 3T Manual Decoiler → Hydraulic Punching → 24-Station Roll Forming → Straightening → Tracking Saw Cutting. 
  • The process starts with a 3T manual decoiler to feed the steel coil into the system. It then passes through a hydraulic punching unit to create functional holes. The steel moves to a 24-station roll forming machine to achieve the desired box beam shape. Afterward, the profile is straightened for dimensional accuracy and finally cut with a tracking saw, ensuring a clean edge.
