Square downspout made from color-coated steel, 0.5–0.6mm thick. Durable, corrosion-resistant, and clean in appearance. Ideal for residential and commercial roofing drainage. Easy to install with shrink-fit connections and available in custom lengths or with curved ends.

 

3. Production Process

3T Manual Decoiler → Guiding Device → Roll Forming Machine → Hydraulic Cutting → Bending Unit → Output Table

The production starts with manual decoiling and guiding. The coil is then formed through 21-roll stations driven by a chain system, followed by a hydraulic cutter for precise, waste-free cutting. A bending unit shapes the end as needed, with optional shrinking for easy connection.
