3T Manual Decoiler → Guiding Device → Roll Forming Machine → Hydraulic Cutting → Bending Unit → Output Table
The production starts with manual decoiling and guiding. The coil is then formed through 21-roll stations driven by a chain system, followed by a hydraulic cutter for precise, waste-free cutting. A bending unit shapes the end as needed, with optional shrinking for easy connection.
