3. Production Process
7.5T Hydraulic Decoiler → Guiding → Roll Forming Machine (Dual-Layer) → Hydraulic Cutting → Output Table
Steel coils are loaded via hydraulic decoiler and centered through the guiding unit. The dual-layer forming section shapes two different roofing profiles using 22 and 23 roller stations. Hydraulic shearing ensures clean cuts for both layers. Finished panels are collected at the output table, ready for packaging and stacking.
