3T Manual Decoiler → Guiding Device → Roll Forming Machine → Hydraulic Cutting → Output Table Standalone bending unit.
The process starts with the 3T manual decoiler, unrolling the coil. The steel passes through the roll forming machine to be shaped into a round downspout. The hydraulic cutting system, controlled by a PLC, ensures precise cutting. A separate bending machine then creates the desired curve for installation. Finally, the finished product is delivered to the output table.
