3. Production Process
7.5T Hydraulic Decoiler → Guiding → Roll Forming Machine →Flying Electric Cutter → Auto stacker
The steel coil is loaded and aligned before entering the roll forming station, where it passes through 19 roller stations to gradually form the corrugated profile. A tracking electric cutter follows the line speed for continuous, precise cutting. The finished panels are stacked for easy collection.
