The production line starts with manual decoiling and guiding, then forms the trapezoidal panel through 14 roll stations. The profile is then cut to desired length by a hydraulic shear controlled by a PLC system. The process ensures consistent shaping, precise cutting, and efficiency suitable for medium-volume manufacturing.
