Metalign Machinery has successfully completed the commissioning of an economical trapezoidal roof panel roll forming line with an effective width of 750mm. This cost-effective production line is tailored for customers seeking reliable performance and stable output at a competitive price.

The machine adopts a wall panel chain-driven forming structure, ensuring profile consistency and long-term mechanical durability. A hydraulic shear is installed at the end of the line to provide efficient, clean cuts with precise length control. This configuration is ideal for medium-speed production needs while maintaining high product quality.

During the trial run, all technical parameters—forming shape, panel width, material feeding, and cutting accuracy—were thoroughly tested by our engineering team. The customer attended the full testing process remotely via live video and was pleased with the overall performance and workmanship of the machine.
