Successful Test Run of High-Speed Double Layer Roof Panel Roll Forming Machine

This week, Metalign Machinery successfully completed the final test run of a customized double layer roof panel roll forming machine. The line is designed for high-speed production at 40–50 meters per minute and is equipped with an automatic stacking system for efficient downstream handling.

The machine features two profile layers integrated into a compact frame, allowing fast profile switching without manual adjustment. Precision-driven by a servo feeding system and PLC control, the line ensures accurate cutting length and consistent panel quality even under high-speed operation.

During the testing phase, our engineering team simulated full-capacity production conditions to validate forming stability, profile accuracy, and automation synchronization. The customer joined us via live video for the remote inspection. All performance metrics met the agreed specifications and the client expressed full satisfaction.
