This production line is specially designed for insulated shutter panels, combining strength, thermal insulation, and lightweight performance—ideal for commercial and industrial door systems.
The forming line features a wall-panel chain-driven roll former, ensuring structural rigidity and smooth, stable operation even under continuous production. To meet the demand for higher throughput, the machine is equipped with a high-speed flying tracking saw, which enables non-stop cutting without halting the forming process—significantly boosting production efficiency.
During the trial run, our engineering team carefully calibrated all roll stations to accommodate the PU-filled profile structure, ensuring no deformation or foam compression during shaping. The saw unit was also fine-tuned to ensure clean, burr-free cuts even at high speed.
The test results were excellent—each panel displayed consistent profile dimensions, smooth surface quality, and precise cuts. The line’s stability and speed were fully verified under real coil feeding conditions, meeting the performance expectations of our customer.
With this successful commissioning, the machine is now ready for shipment.
