High-Precision Cut-to-Length Line Successfully Commissioned

We are pleased to announce the successful commissioning of a fully automated cut-to-length (CTL) line, specially designed for precise steel coil processing. This advanced production line enables accurate cutting of steel coils into fixed lengths, offering high speed, precision, and surface protection — all in one streamlined process.

The CTL line is equipped with an automatic feeding and stacking system, allowing the entire process — from decoiling to cutting to stacking — to be carried out with minimal manual intervention. Its intelligent control system ensures consistent cutting accuracy even under high-speed conditions, significantly improving production efficiency.

A key feature of this machine is the integrated film laminating unit, which applies a protective film to the steel coil before cutting. This ensures the surface of each cut sheet remains scratch-free and visually flawless, especially important for galvanized, pre-painted, or decorative steel materials.

During commissioning, our engineers conducted comprehensive tests on alignment, cutting precision, and automation flow. The results were excellent — cut edges were smooth, length tolerance was within tight parameters, and the lamination process was stable and reliable. The automated stacking system operated seamlessly, demonstrating the line's full-cycle automation capabilities.
