High-Efficiency Stacker for Light Steel Gauge Successfully Commissioned and Ready for Delivery

Metalign Machinery has successfully completed the commissioning of an automatic stacker system tailored for light steel keel profiles. This stacker is designed to improve the end-of-line packaging efficiency for keel production lines, ensuring fast, accurate, and labor-saving material collection.

The profiles handled by this system are lightweight but require careful alignment and gentle stacking to avoid surface damage and deformation. Our stacker uses a precision-controlled pneumatic system and sensor-based alignment to ensure consistent stacking, even at high line speeds.

During the trial run, the machine was tested under full-speed operation. The entire stacking cycle—from profile detection and gripping to layer alignment and unloading—ran smoothly and precisely. Our engineers fine-tuned the synchronization with the upstream roll forming line, ensuring that the stacker keeps pace without interruption.

The result: cleanly stacked, uniform bundles ready for strapping and delivery. The customer, who observed the test remotely via video inspection, expressed full satisfaction with the performance and automation level.

This equipment is now packed and ready for shipment, adding smart automation to our client’s cold roll forming system.
