Heavy Duty Rack Upright Roll Forming Line Successfully Commissioned

Metalign Machinery has successfully completed the trial run of a heavy-duty rack upright roll forming line, designed and built for an overseas storage system manufacturer. The machine features a robust chain-driven forming structure, engineered specifically for high-strength profiles required in industrial racking systems.

The production line integrates a hydraulic punching press positioned before the roll forming unit, enabling precise hole patterns according to the customer's layout. The roll forming section adopts a wall panel type structure for enhanced stability and smooth profile shaping under continuous operation. At the end of the line, a hydraulic shear ensures clean, burr-free cuts with high cutting accuracy.

During the full-capacity trial, our technical team performed comprehensive testing on forming precision, hole alignment, and cutting performance. The customer joined the session via real-time video inspection, confirming all technical parameters and build quality met expectations.

With the test successfully passed and the machine now ready for shipment, this customized solution will soon support the customer's high-volume rack upright production needs.
