Commissioning Completed for U Channel Roll Forming Line – Ready for Shipment

Metalign Machinery has completed the successful commissioning of a customized U channel roll forming line, designed for processing galvanized steel between 1.5 to 2.0mm in thickness. The profile is commonly used in structural supports, framing systems, and light construction applications, requiring both high dimensional accuracy and structural strength.

The forming line is equipped with a wall panel structure roll forming machine, driven by a heavy-duty gearbox system to ensure consistent torque transmission during thick material forming. A hydraulic shear is installed at the end of the line, enabling smooth and accurate cutting without deforming the profile edges.

Our technical team conducted a comprehensive trial run, closely inspecting the profile shape, straightness, and cutting accuracy under full-speed operation. Thanks to our precision forming control and stable line synchronization, the output fully met the client's quality standards.

The customer joined the test session via live video and expressed strong satisfaction with the machine’s build quality and performance. With all parameters approved, the machine is now being prepared for shipment.
