Cable Tray Roll Forming Line Successfully Commissioned – Flexible Width Adjustment Achieved

Metalign Machinery has successfully completed the commissioning of a cable tray roll forming line, specially designed for flexible production of different tray widths. Cable tray profiles are widely used in electrical and industrial installations, requiring reliable structure and precise dimensions to support and organize cable systems.

This roll forming line adopts a wall panel structure with chain drive, and is equipped with an automatic roller width adjustment system. This feature allows the operator to switch between multiple product widths without manual repositioning of rollers, significantly reducing downtime and enhancing production flexibility.

During the trial run, our engineering team conducted a complete performance check—from feeding to forming and final cutting—ensuring profile consistency across varying widths. All formed sections met dimensional standards with clean edges and stable structure.

The customer attended the virtual testing session and expressed strong satisfaction with the machine’s intelligent adjustment function, overall performance, and the attention to detail during setup and debugging.
