C Purlin Roll Forming Machine Successfully Commissioned – Ready for Shipment

This week at Metalign Machinery, we successfully completed the commissioning of a C purlin roll forming line designed for 1.5mm thick galvanized steel. This customized production line is equipped with an integrated hydraulic punching system, ensuring fast and accurate punching without the need for additional stations — greatly improving overall production efficiency.

The C-shaped purlins produced by this machine are widely used in steel structure buildings due to their excellent load-bearing strength and lightweight profile. With a robust wall panel gear-driven forming structure, this machine guarantees consistent forming accuracy, long-term durability, and easy maintenance — ideal for medium to heavy-duty construction applications.

Our engineering team conducted a thorough test of the full production process, from decoiling to punching, forming, and cutting. The hydraulic punching unit performed with high stability and precision, and the final profiles fully met the dimensional and punching accuracy requirements.

The client, who visited our workshop for an on-site inspection, expressed great satisfaction with the machine’s quality and our professional debugging process. After detailed video confirmation and final checks, the line is now being carefully packed and prepared for shipment.
