750mm Roof Panel Roll Forming Line Successfully Commissioned

Metalign Machinery has recently completed the successful commissioning of a roof panel roll forming line designed for 750mm effective width profiles. These trapezoidal roof panels are widely used in industrial and residential buildings, requiring precise profile geometry, structural strength, and surface flatness for long-term weather resistance.

This production line adopts a wall panel frame with chain drive transmission, offering reliable structural support and stable roll forming performance under continuous operation. The roll stations are carefully aligned and adjusted to ensure accurate forming and minimal material distortion.

Our technical team conducted a complete trial run, simulating continuous production with full coil feeding. Each section of the machine—including coil entry, forming, hydraulic cutting, and output—was tested under real conditions. The panels produced were uniform in shape, clean in edges, and consistent in width and pitch across the entire coil length.

The successful result is a testament to both the mechanical precision of our equipment and the expertise of our commissioning engineers. This machine is now fully ready for delivery to the customer, supporting their upcoming roofing projects with efficient and dependable production.
