20201021 CZ purlin roll forming machine shipped last week

This machine can be made in two different profile. One is “C” and another one is “Z”. Automatic change CZ purlin roll forming machine can produce any specifications of the C&Z profiles (during the width 100~300), no need changing any parts of the machine.Purlin size change and CZ interchange both are controlled by PLC and operating on touch panel, within 1 minute,by press button, CZ interchange change manually. It takes only few minutes to change C shape to Z shape.

And this CZ purlin interchangeable roll forming machine is our new design and is heavy duty machine , the total weight is around 16 Tons, the roller and shaft are solid and very strong. The thickness of the coil material is around 1.5-3mm, and this machine is special than other machines, it has pre-punching and pre-cutting.

The whole line length is around 10m, the width and height both around 1m,it has 16 roller stations .it mainly contains 6 parts: Decoiler, leveling &feeding , Pre-cutting &Pre-punching, roll forming , cutting and output table.
