20201019 C purlin roll forming machine shipped to Africa

The finished product shape looks like the C, and the size is adjustable by changing spacers with manually. It is easy to operate. Normally the whole line contains 6 parts:decoiler,feeding&leveling, Hydraulic punching ,roll forming ,cutting and output table.The thickness of the C material is 1.5mm-3mm and the roll forming speed up to 10-15m/min.The main motor power is 15kw and also with a hydraulic power is 5.5kw.

The finished product of C purlin is usually used for roofs and walls. It is best to use continuous beam structure, because the roof needs to withstand the weight of snow and wind.
