  • 5T Decoiler → Guide → Leveling Machine → Waste Coil Collection → Roll Former → Hydraulic Punching → Hydraulic Bending → Hydraulic Cutter

  • The process begins with uncoiling the steel and guiding it through an independent leveling machine for perfect flatness. The steel then enters the roll forming machine, where it is shaped into the purlin profile. Pre-punched holes are made during the process via a tracking hydraulic punching system. Afterward, the panels are bent at a precise angle using a hydraulic bending machine before being cut to length by the hydraulic cutter.
