  • The line begins with coil decoiling, guiding, and assisted feeding via powered rollers. Leveling and punching share the same base with the roll former, optimizing space and alignment. Punching uses dual stations for efficient hole layout. The 18-station gearbox-driven roll former ensures high precision, ending with a hydraulic shear.
