2. Profile Description

This upright profile is made from 1.5–2.5mm cold or hot rolled steel with pre-punched round or slotted holes. It features a deep C-type or Ω-type shape with multiple bends for high load-bearing capacity. Widely used in industrial shelving, warehouse racking, and storage systems.

3. Production Process

Hydraulic Decoiler → Leveler → Servo Feeder → Hydraulic Punching → Guide → Roll Forming Machine → Flying Cutting
Material is uncoiled, leveled, and servo-fed into a single-station hydraulic punching unit for high-precision perforations. The roll forming machine, driven by a gearbox with 21 forming stations, shapes the deep upright profile. A flying shear ensures clean, high-speed cutting without stopping the line, enabling continuous, efficient production.
