20201027 Hat cap roll forming machine shipped this Tuesday

This Tuesday we shipped the hat cap roll forming machine ,After all the components were loaded into the container, we fixed each part of the machine.

Top hat Channel comes in a variety of sizes, it is high quality and easy to use.

The finished product shape looks like Omega, the hat machine with guide post as side plate and use chain as its transmission.Normally the productivity is 8-12m/min and the thickness is 0.3-1.2mm.The roller material we use 45# steel and the cutter material is Cr12 , quenched.

The whole line has 5 parts:Manual decoiler, feeding ,roll forming , cutting and output table.

It is typically used in a wall application.
